- What exactly is a check?
- One prompt, run against one engine, in one market. Tracking 20 prompts across 4 engines in a single market is 80 checks per scan. The number shown in your workspace is the same number we bill against.
- What happens if a provider fails?
- Failed executions are excluded from your metrics entirely — a provider outage can never look like a drop in visibility. Failures caused by provider errors do not consume your monthly allowance.
- Do you replicate what I see in ChatGPT?
- No, and we will not claim to. We measure web-grounded provider APIs and licensed structured SERP data. Consumer chat sessions are personalised by account history and settings that no third party can observe.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe’s customer portal, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
